Regional Nutrition Assistance, Inc. (RNA) is a tax exempt, private, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization established in December 1990, and governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.

Regional Nutrition Assistance is approved to serve children and family day care providers in the nine (9) parishes of southern Louisiana - namely:

Acadia, Cameron, Evangeline, Iberia, Lafayette,
St. Landry , St. Martin, St. Mary, and Vermilion. 

RNA operates the Family Day Care Home Food Program which is part of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).  The program is administered by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), through the Louisiana Department of Education, Division of Nutrition Assistance.
